Drum Immersion

The Drum immersion will be an opportunity to experience the richness of rhythm and the invigorating effects it can have on us. Rhythm and drumming offer us nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. It stimulates the alertness of the mind, activates the body in a fun form of exercise, and can connect us with a greater sense of the now moment. Our drum circle is built for drummers of all skill levels. There will be basic instruction available for beginners and opportunities for complex layering for the more advanced players.
We will have a limited amount of hand drums available, so if you have one, please bring your own 🙂
